Laporan Kasus – Sindroma Cogan Atipikal di RS Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung

Sindroma Cogan merupakan suatu kelainan autoimun langka dengan sekitar 250 kasus di seluruh dunia yang mengenai dewasa muda Ras Kaukasia pada dekade ke tiga kehidupan. Kelainan tersebut ditandai dengan gangguan audio-vestibular dan peradangan pada mata. Artikel ini merupakan case report dan di dalam artikel ini dilaporkan satu kasus Sindroma Cogan yang ditemukan di Poliklinik THT.KL. RS Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung. Tujuan case report ini adalah untuk menjadi laporan kasus dan pengetahuan karena kasus Sindroma Cogan sangat jarang ditemukan. Kasus: Seorang wanita berusia 59 tahun dengan kelainan autoimun, keratitis interstitial pada mata dan penurunan pendengaran pada kedua telinga, tanpa gangguan vestibuler. Pemeriksaan audiogram menunjukkan gangguan dengar tipe sensorineural derajat ringan pada kedua telinga. Pasien didiagnosis dengan Sindroma Cogan tipikal. Tata laksana pasien Sindroma Cogan tipikal berupa pemberian metilprednisolon 48 mg per hari dengan penurunan dosis bertahap dan prednison tetes mata memberikan respons baik. Kesimpulan case report ini adalah Sindroma Cogan merupakan kasus yang jarang ditemukan dan biasanya berhubungan dengan gangguan audiovestibuler dan inflamasi pada mata. Pengobatan Sindroma Cogan dengan kortikosteroid dosis tinggi memberikan respons yang baik.Downloads
