Transformasi kopitiam di Bandung menunjukkan adanya perubahan pada identitas, fungsi, dan atmosfer ruang sebagai respons terhadap perkembangan zaman dan perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat. Perubahan tersebut dapat dilihat melalui pergeseran dari kopitiam tradisional menuju bentuk yang lebih modern, baik dari segi desain, penyajian menu, maupun pengalaman yang ditawarkan kepada pengunjung. Perancangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan coffee table book berjudul Jejak Rasa Kopitiam Bandung yang mendokumentasikan perjalanan transformasi kopitiam di Bandung sebagai upaya rekonstruksi memori kolektif bagi kelompok usia 40–55 tahun. Melalui pendekatan ilustrasi dan narasi visual, buku ini menyajikan sejarah singkat kopitiam serta transformasinya melalui studi kasus beberapa kopitiam di Bandung. Perancangan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi media yang informatif sekaligus memperkuat apresiasi terhadap nilai budaya dan memori yang terkandung dalam perkembangan kopitiam.References
