Penanganan masalah turnover intention pekerja industri kreatif di Jakarta

Abstrak

Fokus tujuan penelitian ini berpusat pada tingkat turnover intention pekerja industri kreatif di Jakarta, dengan menganalisa pengaruh perceived organizational support, work-family conflict, dan supervisor support terhadap turnover intention. Total sampel penelitian ini ada 116 orang responden yang bekerja di industri kreatif. Metode purposive sampling diterapkan untuk menarik sampel. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu melalui kuesioner online dengan Google Form. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan statistik deskriptif dan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menemukan adanya pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap work-family conflict, selain itu work-family conflict terhadap turnover intention, namun tidak berlaku hal yang sama dengan supervisor support. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan di masa yang akan datang mampu memerhatikan bentuk dukungan yang dapat diberikan kepada karyawan untuk menunjang kesejahteraan mereka selama bekerja di perusahaan. Saran untuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian di masa depan yang sejenis dapat terfokus pada faktor yang dapat menurunkan tingkat turnover intention karyawan, meskipun terjadi work-family conflict.
