Komitmen afektif karyawan hotel: Peran berbagi pengetahuan dan kepuasan kerja

Abstrak

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh berbagi pengetahuan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen afektif karyawan hotel yang bekerja di Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner survei. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 63 orang. Analisis data dilakukan berbasis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen afektif. Penemuan ini bermakna bahwa semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja, semakin tinggi pula komitmen afektif, demikian juga sebaliknya. Namun demikian, perilaku berbagi pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa hotel perlu memuaskan karyawannya dengan berbagai faktor seperti desain pekerjaan, dukungan atasan dan rekan kerja, serta pemberian pengakuan dan penghargaan.
