Keadilan organisasional dan konsekuensinya

Abstrak

Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan model persamaan struktural guna menguji hubungan antara keadilan organisasional, kepuasan kerja, serta komitmen organisasional. Responden yang ditarik sebagai sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 93 orang responden. Metode penarikan sampel  menggunakan pendekatan non probabilitas. Evaluasi terhadap model pengukuran dilakukan untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen serta evaluasi model struktural untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Temuan studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa keadilan organisasional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun komitmen organisasional. Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Kepuasan kerja tidak hanya menjadi konsekuensi dari keadilan organisasional serta faktor yang mendahului komitmen organisasional, tetapi juga berperan secara parsial dalam memediasi pengaruh keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional. Dari segi teoretis, temuan ini memberikan sumbangan penting pada pengembangan teori keadilan, teori kepuasan kerja, dan teori komitmen organisasional. Secara praktis, hasil studi ini bermanfaat sebagai panduan bagi pihak manajemen hotel dalam merancang kebijakan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan komitmen organisasional dari karyawan melalui pengelolaan keadilan organisasional yang efektif.
