Membina wirausahawan masa depan: Peran inkubator bisnis dalam membentuk niat berwirausaha di perguruan tinggi

Abstrak

Kewirausahaan memainkan peran penting dalam pembangunan nasional. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan terkait sering diinisiasi di tingkat universitas untuk membekali mahasiswa dan mahasiswi dengan keterampilan kewirausahaan setelah kelulusan melalui inkubator bisnis. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran penting inkubator dalam menumbuhkan intensi berwirausaha di kalangan mereka dengan mempertimbangkan pengaruh jenis kelamin, pendampingan, dan desain kurikulum untuk proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, riset ini menganalisis dampak dukungan universitas secara regulasi, normatif, dan kognitif.  Selanjutnya, data dikumpulkan dari tiga kelompok peserta inkubator dalam periode waktu yang berbeda. Hasil temuan studi ini menunjukkan intensi berwirausaha berdasarkan jenis kelamin, yang mana pria menjadi kategori referensi berpengaruh secara positif. Selain itu, tendensi positif dari dukungan lingkungan normatif dan kognitif terhadap intensi ini terjadi. Namun, pendampingan, program kurikulum, dan dukungan lingkungan regulatif tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi ini.
