Validitas dan Reliabilitas Alat Ukur Grit pada Mahasiswa di Indonesia

Abstrak

Pengukuran kegigihan atau grit pada mahasiswa di Indonesia penting dilakukan mengingat konteks negara Indonesia memiliki ciri khas tertentu bila dibandingkan dengan negara barat. Selama ini para peneliti di Indonesia banyak memakai alat ukur grit dari Duckworth yang terdiri dari dua dimensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun alat ukur grit pada mahasiswa di Indonesia dengan penambahan satu dimensi, yaitu kemandirian serta melakukan pengujian psikometrik dari alat ukur tersebut. Penyusunan grit berdasarkan tiga dimensi baru dan melakukan pengukuran serta analisis melalui uji validitas isi, uji keterbacaan, uji diskriminasi aitem, uji reliabilitas, dan uji confirmatory analysis. Hasil koefisien Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,896 dan Omega McDonald sebesar 0,898. Hasil standard loading factor item berkisar antara 0,608-0,816. Hasil pengujian fit indices: CFI 0,928; TLI 0,906; RMSEA 0,08; SRMR 0,043. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa alat ukur grit memiliki koefisien reliabilitas dan uji conformatory analysis yang fit. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa alat ukur ini fit dengan jumlah 12 aitem.
