Abstrak

Peran sebagai caregiver seringkali menuntut pengorbanan besar dalam hal waktu, pikiran, perasaan, dan tenaga, sehingga menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan fisik dan psikologis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan alat ukur yang valid dan reliabel untuk mengukur beban caregiver secara akurat. Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI) adalah salah satu alat yang sering digunakan dan telah terbukti valid serta reliabel di berbagai negara dan kelompok etnis. Namun, di Asia Tenggara, khususnya di Indonesia, belum ada penelitian mendalam mengenai keandalan ZBI. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi validitas ZBI dalam konteks budaya Indonesia menggunakan analisis Model Rasch. Penelitian melibatkan 305 caregiver yang dipilih melalui convenience sampling, dengan ZBI yang terdiri dari 22 butir. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,93, yang menunjukkan reliabilitas tinggi. Wright Map mengindikasikan tingkat kesulitan item yang sedang. Ditemukan bias pada item 21 berdasarkan gender, item 6 dan 8 berdasarkan usia, item 7, 11, dan 12 berdasarkan lama perawatan, serta item 6,7, dan 18 berdasarkan lokasi geografis. Secara keseluruhan, ZBI versi Bahasa Indonesia terbukti valid dan reliabel dalam mengukur beban caregiver.
