Abstrak

Judi slot online merupakan isu yang sangat disoroti saat ini. Judi slot online  dimainkan oleh banyak kalangan bahkan anak-anak dan banyak yang terjerat dalam permainan judi slot online ini.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan gambling related cognition dan perceived social support yang diprediksi memiliki hubungan dengan gambling behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, Penelitian ini melibatkan 361 orang pemain judi slot online. Analisis data menggunakan Sructural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil uji hipotesis nilai t = 27.466 (t > 1.96) dan p =0.000 (p < 0.005)  menunjukkan bahwa gambling related cognition memiliki hubungan positif dengan gambling behavior, sehingga hipotesis pertama diterima. Namun, perceived social support tidak berhubungan yang signifikan dengan gambling behavior, nilai t = 1.062 (t < 1.96) dan p = 0.288 (p > 0.005), sehingga hipotesis kedua ditolak. Temuan ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi riset lanjutan dengan tema yang sama dan dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam mengembangkan intervensi untuk mengurangi perilaku perjudian.
