Peran Keluarga sebagai Mediator dalam Pengaruh Media Sosial terhadap Perilaku Prososial dan Agresi Remaja: Sebuah Tinjauan Sistematis (SLR)

Abstrak

Perkembangan media sosial dalam kehidupan remaja dapat mendorong perilaku prososial melalui interaksi dan ekspresi empati, namun juga berisiko memicu agresivitas akibat paparan konten negatif dan interaksi yang tidak sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji secara sistematis bagaimana peran keluarga memediasi dampak media sosial terhadap kecenderungan prososial maupun agresif pada remaja. Kajian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menggunakan panduan PRISMA 2020. Proses penelusuran literatur dilakukan tanggal 24-30 Juni 2025 di lima basis data utama: Google Scholar, Scopus, PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Mendeley. Seleksi dilakukan pada artikel yang terbit tahun 2018-2024, mencakup artikel jurnal peer-reviewed diperoleh 14 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dianalisis secara tematik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa dukungan emosional dari keluarga, komunikasi yang terbuka, serta pengawasan penggunaan media digital secara positif berkontribusi dalam membentuk perilaku prososial dan menurunkan kecenderungan agresivitas pada remaja. Keluarga yang aktif terlibat dalam aktivitas daring remaja cenderung mampu mengarahkan mereka pada interaksi sosial yang sehat. Peran keluarga terbukti krusial dalam membentuk perilaku sosial remaja melalui konsep pengawasan suportif dan komunikasi terbuka. Berdasarkan teori hubungan orang tua dan anak (attachment theory) serta teori pengendalian sosial, keluarga mampu menumbuhkan norma-norma positif, memperkuat kohesi emosional, dan meningkatkan ketahanan terhadap tekanan sosial dan paparan konten negatif dari media sosial. Intervensi keluarga, seperti literasi digital dan penguatan komunikasi efektif nilai sosial dapat menstimulasi perilaku prososial dan mencegah munculnya perilaku agresif. Dengan demikian, keluarga berperan sebagai mediator yang positif untuk menanggapi tantangan sosial di dunia digital.
