Pengaruh Growth Mindset terhadap Kesiapan Melakukan Perubahan pada Dosen di Jawa Barat

Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mindset terhadap readiness to change dosen di Jawa Barat. Semua organisasi pasti akan menghadapi perubahan tanpa kecuali termasuk perguruan tinggi. Banyak perubahan yang terjadi secara cepat dalam dunia pendidikan. Perubahan tidak akan berjalan dengan baik dan memenuhi tujuannya jika SDM sebagai penggerak perubahan tidak memiliki kesiapan untuk berubah. Untuk itu penting mengetahui readiness to change dari dosen di Jawa Barat dalam menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi dilingkungan saat ini maupun dimasa yang akan datang. Kesiapan menjalankan perubahan ini dikaitkan dengan mindset sdm didalam organisasi. Populasi dalam penelitian Dosen di Jawa Barat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria telah bekerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai dosen. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 156 orang. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan memberikan Skala Mindset dan Skala Readiness to Change yang disusun oleh peneliti. Reliabilitas Skala Mindset adalah 0,749 dan Skala Readiness to Change 0,904. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa variable mindset memberikan kontribusi nilai R sebesar 0,334 (p < 0,05) terhadap readiness for change, dengan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,112 atau 11,2 %.
