Abstrak

Angka residivisme di Indonesia pada tahun 2023 mencapai angka 3,55%. Di sisi lain jumlah penghuni lembaga pemasyarakatan terbanyak berasal dari tindak pidana narkotika yang jumlahnya menyentuh angka 52,97% atau 135.823 orang. Dalam kasus tindak pidana narkotika mantan narapidana dalam tindak pidana narkotika kerap melakukan kejahatan berulang dikarenakan banyak faktor yang diantaranya menyangkut tentang aspek psikososial. Kajian ini berfokus pada faktor-faktor pencetus residivisme tindak pidana peredaran gelap narkotika melalui analisa kerentanan psikososial. Kami mendapati beberapa faktor pencetus tindakan residivisme seperti penyalahgunaan narkotika, kawasan rawan narkotika dan keluarga yang kemudian memicu tindakan residivisme para informan. Menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan metode case study, penelitian menemukan kerentanan dari aspek-aspek psikososial para informan dengan tindakan kejahatan narkotika yang merupakan organized crime. Penelitian ini memberikan informasi baru bagaimana para mantan narapidana terlibat dalam residivisme yang nantinya bisa berguna sebagai bahan dala penyusunan modul intervensi kepada para mantan narapidana dalam proses re-entry yang melibatkan lingkungan sosial, keluarga dengan berbasis kebutuhan psikososial.
